What does this Mean2Me? 

Sometimes I think I have not seen an infomercial where I didn’t want to buy something.  Most of the time I can resist, but when it comes to exercise and a fun way to lose weight I usually can’t stop. When I first saw this commercial, it immediately brought back memories of hula hoop competitions with my friends.  We would try to see who could keep going the longest.  Remember hearing the Hula Hoop part in the Alvin and the Chipmunks Christmas song?

Why am I letting go? 

Like most of my attempts to lose weight the easy way, it  never lasts.  After a few months of trying this program, I found that using the Hula Hoop is different when you’re inside a small condo vs. outside in the yard with friends.   Now I know why Marisa Tomei was demonstrating everything outside.   It would be different if I had more space to use this inside the house.  It was still great exercise and getting my hips moving again.
